During on-boarding, your Medialets Representative will register all your team members with Muse™. For each team member, you will need to provide a valid name, role, and email address. Once registered, each member will have access to a "Sandbox Campaign".
Can I register with a generic email?
Muse™ offers rich tracking of user usage and ad generation. If a problem arises, your Medialets Representative will be able to help you by providing specifics on ad bundles uploads and version created by each of your team members. In order to provide you with this level of service, we do not provide generic Muse™ accounts.
Keep in mind that a campaign may have members from multiple organizations. For example, every campaign in Muse™ will have the team members you register, as well as members from your Medialets Account Team and the app's publisher team who will be assigned to QA and Flighting roles. Notably, your clients and other team members may be assigned as Watchers, who can follow, but not act upon a campaign. For full details on see:
