Managing Medialets Muse Teams
Medialets Muse teams are designed to grant a selected group of users access to a selected group of functionality. A team may have many members and a user may belong to many teams.

Viewing Teams
To view all team to which you have access:
- Scroll over Your Account in User Menu
- Select Teams from dropdown
In the Your Teams page you will see a list of all the teams to which you belong. Teams on which you are an admin will have options to invite new members or delete the team; teams on which you are a member will give you the option to leave that team. Additionally, you may create a new team or view details of any given team.
Creating Teams
A team can be created by one of two ways:
- When the first user from a given company registers with Medialets Muse, a team, with a team name reflecting the user's Company Name, will be created
- By clicking the Create a New Team link in the Your Teams page
| The admin role for a team defaults to the person creating the team. The default team admin can, then, provide admin access to other team members. |

To create a new team as current Medialets Muse user:
- Navigate to Your Teams page

Scroll over Your Account in User Menu > Select Teams from dropdown

- Click on Create a New Team... at the bottom of Teams List
- Enter desired Team Name
- Click Create Team button
- Optionally, in team detail page, click Invite a New Member
Inviting Team Members
Only admins on a given team may invite a new team member to join an existing team. On the Your Teams page, teams of which you are an admin will display Invite and Delete links; teams of which you are a member will display a Leave Team link.
To invite new team members:
- Navigate to Your Teams page

Scroll over Your Account in User Menu > Select Teams from dropdown

- Click Invite next to the desired team
- Enter desired member's email address and click Invite
The desired team member will receive an invitation email with a link back to Medialets Muse login page. The new team member will have access to the team from which the invitation was sent as well as any other teams of which he is already a member. A user's teams are not visible in the user profile.
Viewing Team Detail
To view team detail:
- Navigate to Your Teams page

Scroll over Your Account in User Menu > Select Teams from dropdown

- Select a team from the list by clicking on desired team name

In the Team Detail page, you will see a listing of all team members, their email address, a listing of all apps to which the team has access, and all pending invitations. To view further details on a given team member or app, click on their respective name. To email a team member, click on member's email address. Team admins may also remove or grant user privileges.
Deleting Teams
To delete a team of which you are an admin:
- Navigate to Your Teams page

Scroll over Your Account in User Menu > Select Teams from dropdown

- Click on Delete in the team list for any team of which you are an admin
- Click OK in the confirmation pop-up
Leaving a Team
To leave a team to which you belong:
- Navigate to Your Teams page

Scroll over Your Account in User Menu > Select Teams from dropdown

- Click on Leave Team next to team you wish to leave
- Click OK in the confirmation pop-up
Editing Account Information
Account information is only editable by account user. All other users have read-only access.
To edit account information:
- Navigate to Account Information page

Click Your Account in User Menu

- In account details, click Edit
- Make desired changes, click Update
Changing Password
To change your password:
- Navigate to Change Password page

Scroll over Your Account in User Menu > Select Change Password from dropdown

- Enter current password
- Enter and confirm new password
- Click Change Password
